虽然仅仅是0.27%的浮动,但其直接影响是购房者贷款利息的增加。利率上调已经是不争的事实,那么,在这种情况下,如何尽量减少自己贷款的利息支出,恐怕是诸多购房者迫切想要解决的问题。随着记者采访的深入,明显感受到,同样是贷款,不同种类、还款方式之间的差别也随着利率提高而加大。到底该选择什么样的还款方式,怎样才能少付出贷款利息?为此,本刊记者走访了青岛各主要商业银行,为“房贷族”寻求应对之策。固定房贷利率规避上涨风险“固定利率住房贷款”就是在贷款合同签订时即设定好固定的利率。在贷款合同期内,不论市场利率如何变动,借款人都按照固定的利率支付利息,不需要“随行就市”。专家建议,选择固定利率房贷,可以在相当程度上规避利率上涨带来的风险。
