目的通过多因素分析,对中文版头颈癌生命质量测定量表FACT-H&N的信度与效度进行评价。方法采用因子分析和聚类分析对用FACT-H&N测定的133例头颈癌患者生命质量进行分析,对FACT-H&N量表结构效度进行评价。结果因子分析和聚类分析表明调查分析结果和理论构想基本吻合。4个领域的重测信度均在0.90以上;各领域内部一致性信度的α值均在0.7以上。结论FACT-H&N中文版具有较好的信度和结构效度,可用于中国头颈癌患者的生命质量测定。
Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of Chinese ACT-FACT-H & N by multivariate analysis. Methods The quality of life of 133 patients with head and neck cancer determined by FACT-H & N was analyzed by factor analysis and cluster analysis to evaluate the structural validity of FACT-H & N scale. Results of factor analysis and cluster analysis show that the survey results and theoretical concurrence. The test-retest reliability of the four fields was above 0.90; the α values of internal consistency reliability in all fields were above 0.7. Conclusion The Chinese version of FACT-H & N has good reliability and structural validity and can be used to measure the quality of life of Chinese patients with head and neck cancer.
