通过掺入不同级配及比例的填料,研究其对环氧砂浆流变性能、机械性能以及线性热膨胀系数影响,结果表明:填料的掺入会降低体系的抗拉强度、断裂伸长率、流变性和线性热膨胀系数试验,增加体系的抗压强度和弹性模量,其中掺加4倍填料时,抗拉强度下降约62%,抗压强度约为34MPa,而线性热膨胀系数则降低了约67%,且粒径为0.038mm与0.6mm的颗粒以1:3的重量比所得到的混合填料对体系流变性影响最小,掺加4倍填料时其粘度仍有25.1Pa·s,在最大程度降低成本时仍保持了良好的工作性能和应用性能。
