针对最一般的情况建立了Cd>Cs时的混合药膜的释放动力学模型,用拉氏变换求得了解析解,该模型可通过相应简化而获得一些特定情况的解;用5-氟脲嘧啶/EVAL混合药膜体系的释放实验数据对所提出的模型进行了验证并与Higuchi模型进行了比较。结果表明:在中等装填量的情况下如:15.5<Cd<123.6mg·cm(-3)时,本文模型与实验数据符合的很好,预测精度比Higuchi模型高,特别是在Cd<15.5mg·cm(-3)时;这两个模型均不能较好描述较高装填量的情况,如Cd>210mg.cm(-3),这种情况我们在别处已经作过讨论(8,9)。
For the most general case, the release kinetic model of mixed membrane was established when Cd> Cs, and the Laplace transform was used to obtain the analytic solution. The model can be obtained by some simplifications to obtain some specific solutions. With 5-fluorouracil / EVAL mixed membrane system release experimental data of the proposed model has been verified and compared with the Higuchi model. The results show that the model is in good agreement with the experimental data and the prediction accuracy is higher than that of the Higuchi model, especially at 15.5 210 mg. cm (-3), which we have already discussed elsewhere (8, 9).
