将乙胺直接加到聚偏氟乙烯铸膜液中制备含碳碳双键的聚偏氟乙烯膜,在不除氧和无光引发剂条件下,采用紫外光直接辐射将抗菌单体甲基丙烯酸二甲胺乙酯(DMAEMA)接枝到聚偏氟乙烯膜表面,利用氯化苄对接枝DMAEMA的膜进行季铵化改性,制备了具有抗菌性的聚偏氟乙烯分离膜。考察不同接枝率膜的抗菌效果,接枝改性后膜的抗菌效果随接枝率增大而增加,同时随时间的延长而增强。经稀盐酸洗涤后,膜的抗菌效果并无明显变化,表明紫外光接枝改性后的聚偏氟乙烯分离膜具有较稳定的抗菌性。
The ethylamine directly added to the polyvinylidene fluoride casting solution prepared polyvinylidene fluoride film containing carbon double bonds, in the absence of oxygen and no photoinitiator conditions, the direct irradiation of UV antibacterial monomer methyl (DMAEMA) was grafted onto the surface of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membrane. The membrane of DMAEMA was quaternized with benzyl chloride to prepare a polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membrane with antimicrobial activity. The antibacterial effect of different grafting films was investigated. The antibacterial effect of the grafted films increased with the grafting rate and increased with time. After dilute hydrochloric acid washing, the antibacterial effect of the membrane did not change significantly, indicating that UV grafting modified polyvinylidene fluoride membrane has a more stable antibacterial activity.
