高强预应力管桩(PHC)具有强度高、抗弯性能好的特点,其贯穿能力强,对持力层起伏变化大的地质条件适应性强;成桩质量可靠,检测方便;施工工期短,噪音小,无振动,运输吊装方便,无污染,符合环保要求。此施工技术在广东地区得到了广泛的应用。为了合理使用静压高强预应力管桩,保证工程质量,本文结合工程实例介绍了静压高强预应力管桩施工过程的质量控制措施。
High-strength prestressed pipe piles (PHC) have the characteristics of high strength and good bending resistance, and have strong penetrating ability and strong adaptability to the geological conditions with large fluctuation of the bearing strata. The piles have reliable quality and convenient testing; the construction period is short, Low noise, no vibration, easy transport lifting, pollution-free, in line with environmental requirements. The construction technology in Guangdong has been widely used. In order to reasonably use the static pressure high-strength prestressed pipe piles and ensure the project quality, this paper introduces the quality control measures of the construction process of the static pressure high-strength prestressed pipe pile with engineering examples.
