基于水电厂自动控制功能与电网运行动态协调控制方法,提出了水电厂自动发电控制上、下振动区的具体算法和自动电压控制的双目标控制这2项关键策略,使水电厂自动控制功能可以配合调度指令,采用动态振动区的方式避免机组频繁跨越振动区,同时也接受动态的电压和无功功率约束双目标指令,从而达到与电网运行协调一致,最大限度地保证电网运行和电厂设备的安全。最后,以洪家渡水电厂自动控制功能的应用为实例,验证了所提出策略的有效性。
