本文对比了用 HT15Κ33、球铁、蠕铁三种材料制造的 EQ140型汽车排气管的使用情况。结果表明,HT15—33排气管易开裂,球铁排气管容易变形,蠕铁排气管使用寿命最长。为了选择一种适合于流水线上生产蠕铁排气管用的蠕化剂,曾对国内外常用的多种蠕化剂系统地作了对比试验。列出并分析了它们的蠕化特性、白口倾向、处理工艺、成本等各项对比数据。根据第二汽车制造厂的具体生产条件和排气管的特点,目前选用了 Mg—Ti—RE 合金做蠕化剂,并在流水线上进行试生产后获得了初步结果。文章最后提出了为确保蠕铁稳定生产的工艺措施和有待进一步探讨的问题。
This article compared the use of HT15K33, ductile iron, vermicular iron made of EQ140-type vehicle exhaust pipe usage. The results show that the HT15-33 exhaust pipe is easy to crack, the ductile iron exhaust pipe is easy to deform and the creep iron exhaust pipe has the longest service life. In order to choose a kind of vermiculite which is suitable for the production of vermicular iron exhaust pipe in the pipeline, a series of comparative tests have been carried out systematically on various vermiculites commonly used at home and abroad. Listed and analyzed their characteristics of the vermicular, white tendency, processing technology, cost and other comparative data. According to the specific conditions of the second automobile factory production and exhaust pipe characteristics, the current selection of Mg-Ti-RE alloy as a vermicular agent, and in the pipeline after the pilot production obtained preliminary results. Finally, the article puts forward the technical measures to ensure the steady production of vermicular iron and the issues to be further explored.
