互动教学就是一个动态发展着的教与学统一的交互影响和交互活动的过程。教学是教与学互动的过程,只有发生互动才是真正的教学。小班教学是通过安排不同形式的专业发展活动,协助教师制定适当的教学策略,以及掌握如何在小班教学环境下应用不同的教学模式,以提高教学效能。小班英语教学为互动教学提供了足够的时间和空间,充分发挥出了互动教学在提高教学方面的作用。笔者所在学校正是采用小班模式,有幸能有机会研究与分析小班教学的优势,并探究小班英语互动教学的具体策略。
Interactive teaching is a dynamically developing process of teaching, learning and interacting with one another. Teaching is the process of teaching and learning interaction, only interaction is the real teaching. Small class teaching is to assist teachers to formulate appropriate teaching strategies and to grasp how to apply different teaching modes in a small class teaching environment so as to improve teaching effectiveness by arranging different forms of professional development activities. Small class English teaching provides enough time and space for interactive teaching and gives full play to the role of interactive teaching in improving teaching. The author’s school is the use of small class mode, fortunate enough to have the opportunity to study and analyze the advantages of small class teaching, and explore the specific strategies for small class interactive English teaching.
