21世纪科学发展的重要标志是信息技术的快速发展、互联网的普及和数字技术的广泛应用。而信息技术在图书馆的应用,使图书馆的服务范围得到了无限延伸。因此,对图书馆服务的需求水平提出了新的知识与新的技术要求。为了进一步提高服务的水平,提升知识服务的效益和效果,在实施知识服务过程中图书馆馆员要不断学习,提高自身综合素质,要有新精神、新品格、新知识,要与时俱进。
An important symbol of scientific development in the 21st century is the rapid development of information technology, the popularization of the Internet and the extensive application of digital technologies. The application of information technology in the library, so that the scope of library services has been an unlimited extension. Therefore, new knowledge and new technical requirements are put forward for the level of demand for library services. In order to further improve the level of service and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of knowledge service, librarians should keep on learning and improve their overall quality in the process of implementing knowledge service. They should have new spirit, new character and new knowledge to keep pace with the times .
