随着中国市场经济体制改革和社会主义民主政治发展的不断深入,体育领域也提出了变革政府体育管理模式的时代发展要求。善治理念是对善政理念的超越和对治理理论的升华,是在政治发展过程中总结出的现今最完善的公共管理理念,其价值构成符合中国体育管理改革所追求的分权、自治、高效等价值取向。由此,善治视域下法治化、市场化、多元合作化不啻为中国体育管理改革的方向和重要理念与长效机制。
With the deepening of China’s market economy system reform and the development of socialist democracy, the sports field has also proposed the requirements for the development of the government’s sports management model of the times. The concept of good governance transcends the concept of good governance and sublimates the theory of governance. It is the most complete concept of public management that is summarized in the process of political development. Its value composition is in line with the decentralization, autonomy and efficiency pursued by China’s sports management reform value orientation. As a result, the rule of law in the field of good governance, market-oriented, pluralistic cooperation is not China’s sports management reform direction and important concepts and long-term mechanism.
