目的 观察复方地骨皮冲剂对小鼠血糖、血脂及免疫功能的影响。 2方法 给予正常及糖尿病模型小白鼠不同剂量复方地骨皮冲剂 ,检测其血糖、血脂及免疫功能等的变化 ,并进行比较分析。 3结果 复方地骨皮冲剂以 2 g/kg体质量给予正常及糖尿病模型小白鼠口服 ,均能显著降低血糖 (t=14.798~ 46 .80 7,P<0 .0 5 ) ,以3g/kg体质量给予小白鼠口服能显著降低血脂 (t=10 .2 6 9~ 17.5 74,P<0 .0 5 )。以 3,5 g/kg体质量复方地骨质冲剂给小白鼠灌胃 ,可以明显增强小白鼠的免疫功能。 4结论 复方地骨皮冲剂对糖尿病可能具有一定的治疗效果
Objective To observe the effect of Compound Digupi Granules on blood glucose, blood lipids and immune function in mice. 2Methods Normal and diabetic mice were given different doses of compound bone glue to test their changes in blood glucose, lipids and immune function, and comparative analysis. 3 Results Compound Digupi Granules were administered to normal and diabetic mice orally at a dose of 2 g/kg body weight, all of which significantly reduced blood glucose (t=14.798 to 46.80 7, P<0.05) to 3 g/kg. Body weight given to mice can significantly reduce blood lipids (t = 10.29 ~ 17.7574, P <0. 05). The mice were given intragastrically with 3,5 g/kg body weight compound bone granules, which can significantly enhance the immune function of the mice. 4 Conclusion Compound ground bone granules may have a certain therapeutic effect on diabetes
