果实的力学特性是设计收获、分级和加工系统的重要理论依据之一。本文主要对不同成熟度的杨梅果实的力学特性及其在贮藏过程中的变化规律进行了试验研究。并借用弹塑性力学的赫芝理论对果实的力-变形关系进行了理论分析与试验验证。最后还建立了贮藏过程中屈服力随贮藏时间变化的不同阶段的回归方程,可用于预测在相应贮藏条件下的杨梅果实的屈服应力。
The mechanical properties of fruits are one of the important theoretical bases for designing harvesting, grading and processing systems. In this paper, the mechanical properties of Myrica rubra fruits at different maturity levels and their changes in the storage process were studied experimentally. Based on the Hecks theory of elastic-plastic mechanics, the force-strain relationship of the fruit is theoretically analyzed and experimentally verified. Finally, the regression equations of different stages of yield stress with storage time during storage were established, which can be used to predict the yield stress of bayberry fruit under the corresponding storage conditions.
