高速公路智能化和信息化是实现高速公路管理现代化的必由之路。分析了北京市高速公路智能交通发展的主要问题,给出了系统规划的研究方法,确定了规划目标、原则、依据,并从技术路线和规划程序的角度阐述了系统规划的设计思想。在此基础上,提出了北京市高速公路智能交通规划的系统构成和近、远期建设框架,该研究可以为北京市高速公路的智能化建设和信息化发展提供重要的理论支持和依据。
Intelligent and information highway is the only way to realize modernization of expressway management. The main problems in the development of intelligent transportation in expressway in Beijing are analyzed. The research methods of system planning are given, the planning objectives, principles and bases are determined, and the design idea of system planning is expounded from the perspective of technical route and planning procedure. On this basis, the author puts forward the system constitution, near-term and long-term construction framework of Beijing expressway intelligent traffic planning, which can provide important theoretical support and basis for the intelligent construction and informatization development of expressway in Beijing.
