我们河北信用社是阳城县较大的一个集镇信用社。下设3个分社、1个储蓄所、17个信用服务站,共有社站职工30名,其中会计人员25名,占职工总数的80%。近年来,我们从提高职工素质入手,使财会管理水平逐步提高,在全县农金系统率先达到了帐务无积压、结算无事故、计息无差错、记帐无串户、存款无透支、贷款无超额和帐帐、帐款、帐据、帐实、帐表、内外“六无”、“六相符”的要求,有力地促进了业务的发展。我们在加强财会管理方面的主要做法是: 一、抓两项工作,恢复声誉 1、抓提高职工素质.我们根据社内青年职工比较多的特点,采取集中培训、以会代训、以师代徒、法制教育等形式,帮助他们安排生活,掌握本领,激发工作热情,提高思想素质和业务素质。几年来,先后学习了《金融法规选编》和《农村信用社会计》等书籍。坚持做到了统一布置学习内容,把职工业务素质的考核结果连同每次理论和业务考试成绩一起填入职工素质考核登记卡,与职工的奖金、任职和提薪紧密
