货车上采用薄钢板波型结构以后,原来的端柱没有了,这在强度上是合理的,但是鼓出弯损了的车辆经定期和日常检查处理后,仍要到修车库修理。这种车辆有时要占全部修理车辆的10%以上。这些车辆过去的修理方法是:牵拉作业是在不稳定的状态下操作链滑轮和钢丝绳,顶压作业是用油压千斤顶,并且需要具有端柱的90000型车作为油压千斤顶的支承用。近年来该型车越来越少,因而增加了修车作业的困难和不安全。本研究的目的是,不使用其他车辆,排除在不稳定的状态下挂钢丝绳及操作链滑
