为解决解放牌汽车前梁锻模寿命短的问题,我们做了大量的试验,取得了一些成绩,现介绍如下。一、锻模寿命短的原因我厂的前梁锻模材料是5CrNiMo 钢。每副模具净重4.5吨,价值二万多元。自开工生产以来,从未有过因为型槽尺寸超差而报废的。85~95%是因法兰盘处产生裂纹,5—15%是因塌陷而使型槽报废。第一次型槽报废后的锻模,过去是翻新后再用。翻新方法是,把型槽深度万向的1/2部分刨掉(约50mm),重加工型槽。以后,如再产生裂纹就再翻新。一套模具约可翻新3~4次,待模体薄得难以翻新了才予报废。一次型槽的寿命定额约1300件,这实在太短了。原因在哪里?1.一副新锻模工作到700~900根前梁
