推进城市棚户区改造工作,是落实科学发展观、构建和谐社会的重要举措,是市委、市政府为扩大内需、改善城镇低收入家庭住房条件作出的重大决策,对提升我市城市居民居住水平、改善城市环境、完善城市功能具有重要意义。在如此高强度、高要求的改造需求下,如何才能高质量、高效率的完成棚户区改造的规划编制,成为了一项挑战。武汉市重点功能区之一的二七沿江商务区实施性规划就是棚户区改造应用新技术提高编制水准与效率的一次大胆尝试。
