用Ames试验研究了12种化妆品对组氨酸缺陷型鼠伤寒沙门氏菌TA98,TA100的致突变作用。结果表明蜂花牌护发素对TA98、TA100菌株的致突变作用阳性,蝴蝶牌香水对TA98菌株致突变作用阳性。
The Ames test was used to investigate the mutagenic effects of 12 cosmetics on histidine-deficient Salmonella typhimurium TA98 and TA100. The results showed that the bee flower brand conditioner had positive mutagenic effects on TA98 and TA100 strains, and butterfly brand perfumes had positive mutagenic effects on TA98 strains.
