公文的用语有着自身独特的要求,所以在公文中使用新词语的要求也有别于其它领域。新词语在公文中使用是否恰当,将直接影响公文的规范和效力。本文探讨了新词语在公文中的使用误区,提出了规范公文中新词语的方法,希望能找到在公文中正确使用新词语的途径,从而更有效地发挥公文作用。
The language of official documents has its own unique requirements, so the requirements for using new words in official documents are also different from those in other fields. The proper use of new words in official documents will directly affect the norms and effectiveness of official documents. This article explores the misunderstanding of the use of new words in official documents and proposes ways to regulate new words in official documents. We hope that we can find ways to use new words correctly in official documents so that they can function more effectively.
