多种非设计煤的混烧是造成燃煤锅炉系统运行不稳定的重要原因。针对旋流对冲燃煤锅炉的燃烧系统为适应非设计煤种混烧的问题开展研究,以一台660 MW燃煤锅炉提高系统稳定性为对象,首先采用理论分析与数值模拟手段研究原有燃烧系统在燃用多煤种条件下所出现的问题,并提出了改进措施。所采用的强化一次风与内二次风混合的解决方案在实际锅炉燃烧系统改造中进行了实施,并获得较好的运行效果,为该类型燃烧器的稳定、经济、低NOx排放运行提供了有效的解决方案。
