浅眼窝或部分粘连的穹窿再造是目前眼部美容整形很重要部分,前者指无眼球的眼窝组织收缩,后者指有眼球的睑球粘连引起的无穹窿,由于结膜囊收缩的疤痕形成可以产生各种问题,包括无法按装假眼,眼球能动性减少,内翻,斜视及复视等,处理浅眼窝或部分粘的连穹窿的手术治疗的一个极重要的方面是后部穹窿的再造,使之垂直地能很接近正常穹窿的外形和功能。我们应用口腔粘膜或结膜的修补代替收缩的组织,和用透明塑料即有机玻璃制的平凸椭园形或中空环形填充物(眼模)的支撑作穹窿再造,收效较好,药介绍如下。
