为鉴别横面 QRS 环向前向量增大的原因,本文选择223例心室前向力增大患者做心电向量图和心电图对比分析。资料与方法对我院3,000份心电向量图进行了整理分类,并均有常规心电图,其中223例心电向量图横面 QRS 环向前向量增大的患者,男213例,女10例,平均年龄49岁。应用上海 XX——2型心电向量图机,采用 Frank 体系,平卧位检查。结果223例患者心电向量图横面 QRS 环向前向量增大诊断标准均符合 Nakaya 等所订向前电力增大的心电向量图标准:1.横面 QRS 环最大向量角度在
