本文采用紫外分光光度法测定尿液中环丙沙星(iprofloxacin 环丙氟哌酸)的排泄量,尿样用0.01mol/L NaOH 液稀释,在335nm 波长处直接测定吸收度,平均回收率为100.0%,CV=0.76%(n=9),6例受试者环丙沙星的尿药总排泄量为给药量的61%。
In this paper, urine excretion of ciprofloxacin (iprofloxacin) was determined by UV spectrophotometry. The urine sample was diluted with 0.01mol / L NaOH solution and the absorbance was measured directly at a wavelength of 335nm. The average recovery was 100.0 %, CV = 0.76% (n = 9). The total urinary excretion of ciprofloxacin in 6 subjects was 61% of the dose.
