1 前言大型轮式拖拉机的迅猛发展,对与之配套的耕整地作业机具提出了新的要求。由于现有联合整地机大都是与履带拖拉机配套的,挂接到轮式拖拉机上出现了匹配不合理、悬挂不合理,以致造成机具故障率较高,动力发挥欠佳,经济性差等问题,严重地影响作业质量,同时有机户的经济效益受到较大的损失。因而应进行大型深松部件、灭茬部件等工作参数的重新选定和研究,控制负荷与功耗以求合理配套,更好地为农业生产服务。本研究配套动力选择80马力轮式拖拉机为代表的动力区段,其作业工艺为灭茬、深松、起
