本文通过对一个复杂渡线隧道施工力学行为模拟分析的具体事例,论述了采用合理的数值分析方法进行模拟计算是十分必要且可行的。通过计算分析,作者认为在第四系地层采用浅埋暗挖法修建城市隧道,限制地表隆陷应重点从隧道施工力学行为着手,包括:主动加固和反复加固以改善地层的承载能力;加强初期支护和一临时支护,实现支护结构快速承载;分步实施、快速封闭,尽量减少对围岩的扰动;加强监控量测,实现信息化施工等技术措施。本文建议,从行业层面建立健全标准统一、操作规范的现场监控量测体系,形成面广、量大可追溯的隧道施工行为数据库,加强隧道施工力学分析的基础资料建设,提升国内隧道建设的总体技术水平。
In this paper, through a concrete example of simulation analysis of construction mechanics behavior of a complex crossover tunnel, it is discussed that it is necessary and feasible to use reasonable numerical analysis method to simulate. Through calculation and analysis, the authors believe that the construction of urban tunnels using shallow burying and undercutting in Quaternary strata should be emphasized to limit the surface subsidence from the tunnel construction mechanics behavior, including: active reinforcement and repeated reinforcement to improve the bearing capacity of strata; Support and a temporary support to achieve rapid bearing support structure; step by step implementation, rapid closure, to minimize the disturbance to the surrounding rock; to enhance monitoring and measurement, information technology and other technical measures to achieve. This paper suggests to establish and improve on-site monitoring and measurement system of uniform standards and practices from the industry level to form a database of tunnel construction behavior with a wide range and large traceability, to strengthen the basic data construction of tunnel construction mechanics analysis and to enhance the overall construction of domestic tunnels techinque level.
