反腐败在不同的国家和不同的社会制度下它的意义是不一样的,中国共产党反腐倡廉已经超出了一般的道义范畴。在中国,共产党是中国工人阶级的先锋队,是中国人民和中华民族的先锋队,党的性质和先进性要求党要加强自身建设,尤其是党风廉政建设。所以,这种特殊意义决定了共产党在反腐倡廉时还需要处理一些关系,如党际关系、党群关系和国际形象等。
Anti-corruption has different meanings in different countries and different social systems. The anti-corruption work of the Chinese Communist Party has gone beyond the general moral scope. In China, the Communist Party is the vanguard of the Chinese working class and the vanguard of the Chinese people and the Chinese nation.
