作者用标记亲和素-生物素-酶联免疫吸附定量检测人血小板膜糖蛋白(GP)Ⅰ_b、Ⅱ_b、Ⅲ_a的方法,测定了新型血小板聚集功能缺陷症患者的血小板膜糖蛋白水平,并就正常人与患者血小板洗涤前后膜糖蛋白水平的改变作了比较。结果发现洗涤后正常人与患者的三种GP之间无明显差异;洗涤前患者GP Ⅱ_b、Ⅲ_a水平明显低于正常人(P<0.01);洗涤前患者GP Ⅱ_b、Ⅲ_a水平明显低于洗涤后(P<0.01);正常人GP Ⅱ_b
The authors measured the platelet membrane glycoprotein levels in patients with novel platelet aggregation dysfunction by quantitative detection of human platelet membrane glycoprotein (GP) Ⅰ_b, Ⅱ_b, Ⅲ_a using avidin-biotin-enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay Normal and patients before and after platelet washing membrane glycoprotein levels were compared. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the three GPs in normal subjects and patients after washing. The levels of GP Ⅱ b and Ⅲ a in patients before washing were significantly lower than those in normal persons (P <0.01), and the levels of GP Ⅱ b and Ⅲ a in patients before washing were significantly lower than those after washing (P <0.01); normal people GP Ⅱ_b
