近年来,由于压力容器缺陷评定规范的应用和安全评定工作的开展,迫切要求无损检测能够准确地测定缺陷的实际高度,以作为脆断评定和寿命估算的依据。表面裂纹是一种危害较大的缺陷。目前,测定表面裂纹深度的常用方法之一是直流电位法。但是,对其测量精度一直存在着不同的看法。为此,我们对直流电位法的测量精度、影响因素及适用范围进行了试验研究,简介如下。
In recent years, due to the application of pressure vessel defect assessment norms and safety assessment work, it is urgently required that NDT can accurately determine the actual height of defects to serve as the basis for brittle fracture assessment and life estimation. Surface cracks are a more damaging defect. At present, one of the common methods for determining the depth of surface cracks is the DC potential method. However, there is always a different perception of their measurement accuracy. To this end, we conducted a pilot study of the measurement accuracy, influencing factors and the scope of application of the DC potential method.
