生漆是一种优良的天然涂料,是漆树(Rhus verniciflua Stokes)代谢过程的次生产物,由乳汁道分泌和贮存。因此乳汁道是生漆产生和贮存的重要场所,与产漆量密切相关。故对乳汁道填塞现象的研究,在基础理论和生产上都有一定意义。现将我们系统研究的结果报道如下。一、材料与方法研究材料采自贵州省的14个农家漆树品种的树皮,树龄均属第二割龄。活树皮和老龄树皮用FAA固定,也采用水煮下沉后以70%酒精固定。以石蜡制片法、冰冻制片法和徒手切片法进行制片。常规染色剂染色。
