从法律关系的视角对目前陕西高校体育场馆在对外开放方面上的法律调整机制进行初步分析,提出构建陕西高校体育场馆对外开放的法律保障机制最为核心的是明确陕西高校体育场馆对外开放所涉及的法律关系,在此基础上规定各法律关系主体的权利和义务,增强地方性规范的可操作性,初步形成陕西高校体育场馆对外开放的地方法律保障机制。 From the perspective of legal relationship, this paper carries out a preliminary analysis on the current legal regulation mechanism of Shaanxi colleges and universities stadiums opening to the outside world and proposes that the most important thing is to establish the legal guarantee mechanism for the opening of stadiums in Shaanxi.
