对前牙牙体缺损,多以桩冠和光导固化等手段修复,伹在无此条件的基层医院,只得拔除患牙后重新镶复义齿。为此,我们试用开面冠内充填塑胶修复前牙牙体大部分缺损17例21个牙齿,收到了良好效果。1.牙体预备:按常规预备牙体。先磨除断面尖锐的边缘,唇面视缺损大小进行磨除,自切缘向颈部磨除且逐渐变薄,延伸入设计的颈环范围内。2.修复体的制作方法: (1)常规制取工作模型,用彩色铅笔在模型上画出开面范围。先用蜡恢复缺损牙的外形,并在唇侧加蜡,使之逐渐伸展入颈环覆盖的部分。将缺损牙恢复至与对侧同名牙一致后,即可分割模型,翻制硬铅代型。
