通过对核电工程项目管理现状问题的梳理和分析,总结核电工程项目在人员、机械、物料、质量及安全方面信息数据的相关需求,提出基于“智慧工地”理念的解决方案。同时,针对智慧工地采集的信息数据,分别从人员管理、机械管理、物料管理、质量管理和安全管理五个方面进行数据分析和应用方向剖析,为核电项目和企业充分发挥智慧工地信息数据价值,实现项目精细化管理目标提供了参考和借鉴。
