目的:观察普乐林注射液在糖尿病性周围神经病变中的治疗作用。方法:以普乐林注射液治疗31例糖尿病性周围病变患者,与28例糖尿病性周围神经病变患者静滴生理盐水为对照进行疗效对比观察。结果:总有效率普乐林组为90.3%,对照组为21.4%(P<0.001),普乐林组治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、胆固醇(Ch)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-Ch)差异无显著性(P>0.05),而甘油三酯、LDL-Ch、血粘度差异均有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.01),且能提高神经传导速度,对照组无上述变化。结论:普乐林在治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变时主要通过扩张血管、改善微循环及降低血粘度等机制,从而促进神经传导功能的恢复
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Pullarin injection in diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods: 31 patients with peripheral hyperplasia of diabetes were treated with Pullarin injection, and 28 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were treated with intravenous infusion of saline as control. Results: The total effective rate was 90.3% in the puerarin group and 21.4% in the control group (P <0.001). The levels of fasting blood glucose (FBG), cholesterol (Ch), high density lipids There was no significant difference in HDL-cholesterol (P> 0.05), but triglyceride, LDL-Ch and blood viscosity had significant difference (P <0.05, P < 0.01), and can improve the nerve conduction velocity, the control group without the above changes. Conclusion: Pulleline in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy mainly through the dilation of blood vessels, improve microcirculation and reduce blood viscosity and other mechanisms, thereby promoting the recovery of nerve conduction function
