针对当前在高职大学英语教学中出现的新的特点,如学生从80后逐渐过渡到了90后,以及网络成为师生交流的极重要的媒介,笔者从鼓励教育的角度提出了自己的看法,并将鼓励教育在课内和课外两个领域进行了尝试,获得了一些收获,不仅提高了自己的教育教学水平,而且使师生之间的交流变单为双向,受到了学生信任和提高学生对英语的兴趣。
