思想政治工作是我党的政治优势和优良传统,随着高职院校人事制度改革的不断深入,做好学校人事管理中的思想政治工作,可以有效解决教职工存在的思想问题。因此,思想政治工作也成为高职院校人事管理工作的重点。文章从高职院校人事管理中思想政治工作的作用入手,就高职院校人事管理中思想政治工作方法和路径进行了探讨、分析,希望能对高职院校的人事管理工作有所帮助。
Ideological and political work is the political superiority and fine tradition of our party. With the deepening of personnel system reform in higher vocational colleges, ideological and political work in school personnel management can effectively solve the ideological problems existing in faculty and staff.
