目的:观察血塞通片辅助治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法:将121例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为2组,对照组60例给予常规降血糖药物和依帕司他片治疗,治疗组61例在对照组治疗基础上加用血塞通片。2组均治疗4周。观察患者症状的变化,采用肌电图测定正中神经、腓总神经、胫神经的运动神经传导速度(MNCV)和感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)。结果:临床疗效总有效率治疗组93.4%,对照组81.7%,2组总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组正中神经、腓总神经、胫神经的MNCV和SNCV均较治疗前有所改善(P<0.05),数值均高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组除胫神经SNCV外,其余指标值与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:血塞通片辅助治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,可以提高基础治疗的疗效,这可能是通过血塞通片抑制血栓形成、改善微循环,与依帕司他形成协同作用来实现的。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Xuesaitong tablets in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods: 121 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 60 patients given conventional hypoglycemic drugs and epalrestat tablets treatment group of 61 patients in the control group based on the use of Xuesaitong tablets. Two groups were treated for 4 weeks. The changes of symptoms of the patients were observed. The motor nerve conduction velocity (MNCV) and sensory nerve conduction velocity (SNCV) of the median nerve, common peroneal nerve and tibial nerve were measured by EMG. Results: The total effective rate of the clinical treatment group was 93.4% in the treatment group and 81.7% in the control group. The total effective rate in the two groups was significantly different (P <0.05). After treatment, MNCV and SNCV in the median nerve, common peroneal nerve and tibial nerve in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment (P <0.05), and the values were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05); in the control group, except for the tibial nerve SNCV , The other index values compared with before treatment, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Xuesaitong tablet adjuvant treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, can improve the efficacy of basic treatment, which may be achieved through the Xuesaitong tablets inhibit thrombosis, improve microcirculation, and the formation of synergistic effect with epalrestat.
