The China Civil Engineering Society, the China Science and Technology Consulting Center’s Prestressed Experts Group, and the China Civil Engineering Society Concrete and Prestressed Concrete Branch Science Society jointly held the “National Prestressed Technology Application Experience Exchange Conference” in Dalian in August 1992. The Congress conducted academic exchanges, summary of results, and information exchanges, and reached consensus on the following issues: (1) The design concept on prestressed coagulation has been achieved from full prestressing and partial prestressing to today’s structural concrete, the role of prestressed bundles It is also developed to produce reversed loads by means of generating pre-stressing stresses.
