近年来,随着中国、印度的崛起和美国实力的相对下降,“印太”地区正在逐渐成为继“亚太”地区之后,各国战略研究的重要区域。所以,处在“印太”地区中心的东盟,因其特殊的地缘位置和其政策及战略易受相关大国影响的敏感性,更应加大对“印太”地区的关注,适时地对该地区的战略格局作出评估和反应,并谨慎判断自己在该地区应该扮演的角色,承担相应的责任。
In recent years, with the rise of China and India and the relative decline in U.S. power, the “Indo-Pacific” region is gradually becoming an important region for the strategic studies of all countries after the “Asia Pacific” region. Therefore, ASEAN, which is at the center of the “Indo-Pacific” region, should pay more attention to the “Indo-Pacific region” due to its special geographical location and the sensitivity of its policies and strategies to the influence of the major powers concerned. Appropriately evaluate and respond to the strategic situation in the region in due course and carefully judge their own role in the region and assume corresponding responsibilities.
