本文旨在研究急速进入高原地区的健康中青年人群心肺功能的改变。作者选择2011年—2013年武汉市医疗机构中乘飞机急速进入平均海拔3 700m的山南地区行医疗资源支持的健康志愿者97名。入选标准:进入高原地区前1周内经胸心脏彩超(TTE)检查能够在胸骨旁大动脉短轴切面观察到轻微肺动脉瓣反流者,心电图、胸部正位片检查均正常,同时无基础心、肺血管疾病,1周内不吸烟、饮酒和服用特殊药物。排除标准:TTE未能观察到肺动脉瓣反流者。经筛查入选受试者27名,其中男17名,女10名;年龄(26~44)岁,平均(34.96±4.92)岁;体质量(66.30±8.60)kg。进入高原地区前和进入高原地区
This article aims to study the rapid changes in cardiopulmonary function among healthy middle-aged and young people entering the plateau. The author chose 2011 - 2013 medical institutions in Wuhan rapid flight into the average altitude of 3 700m Shannan region medical resources to support the health of 97 volunteers.
