目的:探讨多种恶性肿瘤患者血清甘氨酰脯氨酸二肽氨基肽酶(GPDA)含量。方法:采用日立7180型全自动生化分析仪动态分析法测定各种肿瘤患者以及150例正常人血清中的GPDA含量。结果:69.9%的肺癌,78.2%的胃癌患者血清中GPDA含量显著低于正常组(P<0.01);78.4%肺癌肝转移,77.7%胃癌肝转移,81.4%原发性肝癌患者血清中GPDA含量显著高于正常组(P<0.01);而肝血管瘤患者血清中GPDA活性在正常范围(P>0.05)。结论:GPDA含量检测可以为胃癌,肺癌以及原发性肝癌的临床诊断与鉴别诊断提供依据,同时对监测恶性肿瘤肝转移具有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the serum glycyl-proline dipeptidyl aminopeptidase (GPDA) levels in various malignant tumors. Methods: The contents of GPDA in sera of various cancer patients and 150 normal persons were determined by Hitachi 7180 automatic biochemical analyzer. Results: GPDA levels in serum of 69.9% of lung cancer patients and 78.2% of gastric cancer patients were significantly lower than those of normal patients (P <0.01); 78.4% of lung cancer patients with liver metastasis, 77.7% of gastric cancer patients with liver metastasis and 81.4% of patients with primary liver cancer serum GPDA levels (P <0.01), while GPDA activity in hepatic hemangiomas was in the normal range (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The detection of GPDA can provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis of gastric cancer, lung cancer and primary liver cancer, meanwhile it is of great significance to monitor the liver metastasis of malignant tumor.
