金叶败毒冲剂（ＪＹ）具有一定的解热作用和抗炎作用。４．４ｇ／ｋｇ剂量给药一次可显著降低内毒素（ＬＰＳ）引起的家兔发热；７．４ｇ／ｋｇ能降低啤酒酵母诱发发热大鼠的体温。１０．５ｇ／ｋｇｂｉｄ连续５天，对角叉菜胶引起的大鼠足跖肿胀有显著抑制作用，６．５ｇ／ｋｇ能显著抑制组织胺引起的大鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性增高，对巴豆油致小鼠耳廓肿胀模型无抑制作用。
Jinyebaidu Granules (JY) have certain antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects. A single dose of 4.4g/kg could significantly reduce the fever of rabbits caused by endotoxin (LPS); 7.4g/kg could reduce the body temperature of rats induced by S. cerevisiae. 10.5g/kg bid for 5 consecutive days has a significant inhibitory effect on rat paw swelling caused by carrageenan, and 6.5g/kg can significantly inhibit the histamine-induced rat skin capillary permeability increase. Soybean oil caused mice ear swelling model no inhibition.
