近几年有很多中学,在毕业年级实行着一种“把关制”,即学校把具有高考经验的各科骨干教师,长期配备到准备高考的毕业年级,谓之“把关”教师。他们的任务就是竭尽全力使学生能够顺利过升学关,达到升学之目的。由于这种现象的长期、普遍存在,乃至于人们把它视为不成文的制度——“把关制”。对于这种把关制,默认者有之,批评者也不乏其人,赞赏者更是大有人在。因此,有必要从理论和实践方面做一番探讨。一、把什么“关”
