研究一种新型百叶式太阳集热器的冬季集热性能,建立基于一维假设条件下的热网络和流动宏观模型,模型的有效性通过了实验验证。利用该模型进行理论计算,讨论结构尺寸、百叶角度及集热板材料等因素与出风口空气温度、通风量、有效利用能及集热效率之间的关系。结果表明,适当增大体型比、百叶角度和风口尺寸有助于提高新型百叶太阳集热器的热性能,夹层内空气体积流量是影响有效利用能或集热效率的关键因素。
The heat collection performance of a new type of blind solar collector was studied. The thermal network and flow macro model based on one-dimensional assumption were established. The validity of the model was verified by experiments. The theoretical calculation is carried out by using the model, and the relationship between structure size, louver angle, collector plate material and outlet air temperature, ventilation rate, effective utilization energy and heat collection efficiency are discussed. The results show that properly increasing body size ratio, louver angle and tuyere size can improve the thermal performance of the new type of louvre solar collector. The air volume flow in the interlayer is the key factor that affects the efficiency of utilization or the heat collection efficiency.
