[目的]观察秋泻合剂治疗小儿秋季腹泻(秋泻)的临床疗效,并探讨其作用机制。[方法]将136例秋泻患儿随机分2组,治疗组采用秋泻合剂治疗,对照组采用病毒唑治疗,观察用药3 d后的临床疗效及治疗前后CD3、CD4、CD8变化。[结果]治疗组显效率为75.0%,对照组为51.5%(P<0.05);治疗组止吐、退热以及恢复食欲的时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);轮状病毒3 d转阴率治疗组为69.12%,对照组为45.59%(P<0.05);治疗组显著升高秋泻患儿CD3、CD4细胞百分率及CD4/CD8比值,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]秋泻合剂治疗小儿秋泻,具有显著缩短病程、改善症状、调节免疫功能的作用。
[Objective] To observe the clinical curative effect of Qiu Xie Mixture in treating infantile autumn diarrhea (Qiu Xie) and to explore its mechanism. [Method] 136 cases of infantile autumnal infants were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Qiu Xie Mixture. The control group was treated with Ribavirin. The clinical effect and the changes of CD3, CD4, CD8 before and after treatment were observed. [Results] The effective rate was 75.0% in the treatment group and 51.5% in the control group (P <0.05). The antiemetic, antipyretic and appetite recovery time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P <0.05) The negative conversion rate was 69.12% in the treatment group and 45.59% in the control group (P <0.05). The treatment group significantly increased the percentage of CD3 and CD4 cells and the ratio of CD4 / CD8 in the children with fallopian tube, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Qiu Xie Mixture is effective in treating infantile qiu diarrhea, which has the effects of shortening course, improving symptoms and regulating immune function.
