目的为了解辽宁省发热伴出疹性疾病的流行特征,为发热伴出疹性疾病的深入研究提供科学基础。方法应用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)和实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(real-time PCR)方法对675例病例标本进行麻疹病毒(measles virus,MV)、风疹病毒(rubella virus,RV)、水痘—带状疱疹病毒(varicella zoster virus,VZV)检测,并对其进行统计分析。结果 675例病例中,阳性病例检出457例,总阳性检出率为67.70%。不同发热伴出疹性疾病在各年份的阳性检出率不同:麻疹病毒阳性检出率2014年最高,为50.43%;风疹病毒阳性检出率2010年最高,为42.53%;水痘病毒阳性检出率2013年最高,为55.28%。不同发热伴出疹性疾病在各年龄组中阳性检出率不同:麻疹病毒阳性检出率以35~岁组最高(71.43%),风疹以15~岁组最高(32.17%),水痘以0~岁组最高(34.78%)。结论麻疹、风疹、水痘仍然是危害人们身体健康的重要发热伴出疹性疾病,加强麻疹、风疹、水痘疫苗预防接种对控制传染病的流行具有重要意义。
Objective To understand the epidemic characteristics of fever and rash in Liaoning Province and provide a scientific basis for the further study of fever and rash disease. Conclusion Measles, rubella and chickenpox are still the important febrile and rash diseases that endanger people’s health. Strengthening the vaccination of measles, rubella and chickenpox vaccines is very important for controlling the epidemic of infectious diseases.
