红外诊断技术作为带电检测的重要组成部分,已广泛应用于电力生产实践。通过红外诊断技术可以非常准确地获取带电设备的温度等状态,并且对被测物形成清晰的热像,可以发现设备过热性缺陷或者潜故障状态,是预防事故、开展带电设备状态检修及评价的有效依据。目前红外诊断的工作量、工作重要性都已经显著提高。随着红外影像获取手段的增强,红外影像的科学分析形成设备状态的有效评估成为了当前的工作重点。本文主要介绍了通过对红外影像的深入研究形成曲线分析法等多种分析方法,实际应用过程中,有效的提升了带电设备红外诊断工作方面的技术水平。

This paper mainly introduces the analysis of infrared images through the formation of a variety of analytical methods such as curve analysis, the actual application process, effectively enhance the technical level of the infrared device diagnostic work.
