以学定教原则要求教师在教学过程中根据学生心理需求、学习准备、个性特点和发展潜能等设计和实施教学活动。本文围绕以学定教的核心理念,从教学目标设定、教学方法选择、分层作业设计和评价方式确定等四个方面阐释了笔者日常教学中的具体做法,以期为提高初中英语课堂教学质量探索一条实践之路。
