煤矿采用综合自动采煤工作面时,电磁调速采煤机要与远程控制室及液压支架等设备进行实时通讯获取设备状态。通过对井下环境分析及现场总线的参数对比,提出了CAN总线解决方案,设计了系统通讯协议。实际运行结果表明,采用CAN总线的采煤机具有通讯稳定、速率高、节点控制灵活的特点,可适应采煤现场的恶劣环境。
When the coal mine adopts the integrated automatic mining face, the electromagnetic speed governor shearer should communicate with the remote control room and the hydraulic support to obtain the equipment status in real time. Through the analysis of downhole environment and the comparison of fieldbus parameters, a CAN bus solution was proposed and the system communication protocol was designed. The actual operation results show that the shearer with CAN bus has the characteristics of stable communication, high speed and flexible node control, which can adapt to the harsh environment of coal mining site.
