锦葵科植物扶桑(Hibiscus rosa sinensis)的花是避孕药,但其活性成分尚未清楚。实验证明,其抗生育作用以苯提取物较其他溶剂如石油醚、氯仿、甲醇、乙醇或水的提取物为大。本文就雌鼠口服扶桑花的苯提取物及其分离所得不同组份进行抗生育实验观察。于4~6月在Banaras Hindu大学校园采集鲜花凉干粉碎后,置索氏提取器中以苯抽提,真空减压,残留物于水浴上减压蒸至近干即得苯提取物(A)。将(A)粗
The flower of the Malvaceae Hibiscus rosa sinensis is a contraceptive, but the active ingredient is not yet known.
